Every good experiment starts with the right vessel. The 30 Gallon Advanced Model is our pure copper moonshine still, sold complete, so you get the whole setup in one order instead of piecing it together part by part. It starts at $1,200.
Why pure copper matters
Running a still is part alchemy and part lab work. You add heat, the wash gives off vapor, the vapor rises and condenses, and you decide where the cuts fall. Copper is the metal distillers have trusted for generations because it moves heat well and works with the vapor as it travels through the still. With a pure copper build, the metal becomes one of the tools you're working with.
A size that grows with you
Thirty gallons sits in the middle of the range. It's big enough for real batch work and still easy for one person to learn on and get to know. You'll learn how your heat source behaves, how fast vapor builds, and how small changes show up in the jar. Each run teaches you something about the next one.

Uses and the law
Owning a copper still is legal in the United States. People use them to distill water, extract essential oils, and, with the right permit, make fuel alcohol. Distilling alcohol requires a federal permit from the TTB. Please follow all federal, state, and local laws before you fire it up.
