The 30 gallon Flame Flow™ is the largest still in this line, built for people who want serious capacity without giving up control. Four large tubes carry the flame up and through the still. That puts heat inside the pot instead of only underneath it. This unit heats up in half the time of our standard stills and is less likely to scorch and burn your mash. It also lets you set and hold your heat more easily and more accurately.
A bigger pot doesn't make the job less of a craft. You're still working with copper, heat and vapor, still reading temperatures and still choosing your cuts. The Flame Flow™ design simply gives you a steadier setup to work in, at a much larger volume.

Stay on the right side of the law
It is legal to own a still in the US. Distilling alcohol requires federal TTB permits. Stills are also used for water, essential oils and fuel alcohol (with a permit). Always follow federal, state and local law.
