Heat that runs through the still, not just under it
The 10 gallon FlameFlow™ is built around one idea: put the flame where the work happens. Four large tubes carry the flame up and through the pot, so heat reaches your wash from inside the still instead of only from the bottom. This unit heats up in half the time of our standard stills. It is less likely to scorch and burn your mash, and it gives you easier, more accurate control over temperature.
If you treat every run like a lab session, that matters. The copper does its quiet chemistry, the vapor rises, and you decide when to make each cut. Steady heat that responds quickly turns guesswork into a process you can repeat and improve.
Developed slowly, tested hard
This design took over two years to develop and fine-tune. We logged more than 100 hours of testing to make sure our claims held up and that the unit is safe for consumer use. The FlameFlow™ still has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 10,561,960.
A complete set
- Pot
- Thumper
- Worm
- Cap with temperature gauge
The whole path from pot to thumper to worm comes together in one set. At 10 gallons, it suits distillers who want more room than a small test still but still want to keep their hands on every part of the run.
Know the rules
Owning a still is legal in the US. Distilling alcohol requires federal TTB permits. Stills are also used for water, essential oils and fuel alcohol (with a permit). Follow all federal, state and local laws.
